Alex, 8, wins Junior Tour third leg
EIGHT-year-old National School pupil Alex Doig has won the third leg of the Lincoln Imps Junior Golf Tour.
Played over 2,542 yards at South Kyme, Sudbrook Moor member Alex completed the back nine holes in 46 shots, winning the under-eights by nine shots.
He was also runner-up in the best score of the day.
He hit all eight fairways and had the lowest amount of putts (14).
