Duo will play music from Spain and Latin America in church concert
Maltese soprano Claire Debono and scottish guitarist Simon Thacker, who make up canto vivo! will be in concert at St Vincent's Church, Caythorpe, on Thursday, August 7, in the final concert of the Music in Quiet Places series.
Claire is particularly noted for her performances with early music ensemble Les Arts Florissants and English National Opera. Simon is a virtuoso who explores the classical guitar repertoire from all periods as awell as playing wityh jazz musicians.
Their programme features songs and solo guitar music from Spain and Latin America.
